Refund & Return Policy
At My Scents Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes or used products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent via JazzCash or Easypaisa.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
